Yes — per order we transport up to 15 packages, individually or as a larger volume. Complete pallets are possible too; for those, it's best to contact us directly so we can put together a suitable offer.

The price depends on the destination country, delivery method, and number of packages — a single package up to 28 kg costs between roughly €19 and €46, depending on country and delivery type. Since this is transport within the EU, standard customs clearance doesn't apply. You as the client remain responsible for any excise duties in the destination country — though for most private orders this isn't a factor.

This is rare, but it can happen. Report the damage through our damage report form with photos and invoice. Whether and to what extent we reimburse depends on whether you have taken out additional transport insurance — without additional insurance, we reimburse the damage under the terms of NSAB 2000 (Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders).
